    - I made reservations on August 31 through Booking **** for October 5th
    - Became very ill with pneumonia
    - Notified the Motel by phone and talked with A*** to notify my cancellation October 2nd
    - Read my cancelation email from Booking.*** and saw I was charged 177.35 and would see a
    refund of $4.63 on my credit card.
    - Talked with A*** Front Desk person who gave me the owners email
    - I wrote him requesting a refund and booking **** and never heard back from with
    - I sent another email saying if i wasn't going to receive a refund I would ne sending someone in
    our place.
    - No reply
    - I did not sending anyone because I was concerned the people I sent would be charged or I
    would be charged again.
    - I then contacted Better Business Bureau

    Hello B******,
    Unfortunately, you booked your reservation through the booking**** website not directly through us, therefore; you need to contact booking**** in regards to your reservation.

    However, that being said, based on your reservation details, it showed you booked using the "Early booker" discount which is in fact non-refundable.

    Where you have already cancelled your reservation, you would still be required to contact booking**** in the event you would like to un-cancel it.
