    I was in to see **** ***** at Happy Feet Orthotics inside the Pharmasave in Yarmouth on April 18, 2024. My complaint was leg and foot time. After an examination of my feet and legs, he recommended that I get custom orthotics, and the cost would be $500. I agreed to this, as I wanted custom orthotics to help with my pain. I paid him $250 cash as a deposit in order to get the othotics order started. He took a scan of my feet, as well as a visual exam of my posture, the way I walk, and my feet. He told me that they would be available in 3-4 weeks, and he would reach out to me when they arrived. As time went on, I did not hear from him, so I began to reach out. I called at least 7 times, and left many messages, with no reply. I e-mailed them multiple times, also with no reply.
    I called one more time and left a message that I was demanding a full refund because it had been too long since I had heard from Mike, or received my orthotics. I felt that I was being scammed.
    Towards the end of June I received a phone call from **** telling me that he was sorry for the delay, but they had recently changed manufacturers/companies that make the custom orthotics, and that is why my order was taking so long.
    I reached out to **** in early July, only to hear from him on July 18 notifying me that the orthotic order was not processed yet, due to him not having a scan of my feet.
    I very clearly remember him taking a scan of my feet on April 18. I told him that I would not be coming in for a new scan, and that I demanded a refund of my initial cash deposit of $250, which he refused - he said it was against his policy!
    I reluctantly went into his Yarmouth office on Saturday July 20 for yet another foot scan. He told me he would put a rush on my orthotics, and that he would contact me when they arrived.
    It is now August 22, and I know I will never hear from him again. I want my full $250 cash deposit back.

    Please forward email address to return the 250 via etransfer?.  The orthotics were mailed out and got lost in mail and we had to reorder them, the company which manufactured then went on vacation.
