    I had asked Sinead Russell to serve my ex divorce papers repeatedly for over a year, she kept saying she would do it but never did.
    I had asked her to help me with my separation mediation meeting in July 2021, I have her confirmation email saying that she had marked it in her calendar then when the day came she was out of the office with no warning or explanation. When I emailed to find out what was going on she didn’t even have the courtesy to reply.

    I filed for my divorce myself, it’s been completed for several months now, with no help from her. Now, over a year later she sent me a bill for filing to get my marriage certificate long form. I didn’t ask her to get this form, I already had a copy of it which she would have known had she bothered to communicate with me at all.

    She didn’t do anything she told me she would do and now she’s billing me for something I didn’t even ask for or need.

    For all the annoyance and lying and lack of actual service she has done for me I think it should be a given that I’m not paying this bill.
