      **** ****** * ****** ******** ** ****** ** ****** **** ****** **** ********. I have receipts.
      I went to the school to get a haircut, roots & balayage. I was at the salon for over 7 hours! I understand it's a school but 7 hours is extreme. *** ********** **** * ********* ***** ****** * ******* **** *************** ******** ****** **** ** *** * ******* ******* ** **** **** *** ** ****. I was in the chair until shortly after 5pm when they were closing. By this point I was beyond my threshold. ** *** **** ********* * I was in a lot of pain. Even though I was anxious to leave I thanked my hairstylist on the time she spent working on my hair. She was proud of her work but I didn't like how it turned out. It looked nothing like the picture & I didn't want to make her feel bad. The teacher gave me a quick haircut, which is not suited for naturally curly hair, but since it was the end of the day & I was in pain I didn't say anything as I was anxious to leave especially since I didn't eat all day.
      I looked at my hair when I got home & wasn't happy with it but due to the ********* experience * ** *** ******** I spent time recovering from the day * ******** ** ********. I emailed the school a few weeks later explaining I was unhappy with my hair. It was dry, looked like straw, was orange & didn't sit right. Caroline emailed me & offered me a deep conditioning treatment, but I declined as returning to the school was anxiety provoking & stressful. I also felt uncomfortable returning as the teacher was discourteous * ****. I told Caroline this & requested a refund. I got an email from Alisa. She told me they have a no refund policy & offered a hair conditioning treatment & to fix haircut, but again I declined. I explained *** ********** **** *** * ****** * that it's not easy for me to return especially after my first visit. I emailed again asking her to reconsider giving a refund but didn't hear back. I spent $197.75 on bad haircut & balayage & my natural curls don't curl anymore.
