      * **** ********** * *** **** *** *** * ******* Razzo is very pleasant and seems professional. His work at my house was a nightmare.
      The dust was terrible ( they only blocked the dust with plastic one day) when I bought plastic and put it up his team took it down leaving me in a state of sinus **** everytime. The plan was for them to do the cutting outside but they did it inside when I wasn't home. Razzo explained that he needed to charge me more then the original quote because he had to pour leveling concrete. After coming home and realizing that the floors were uneven and overlapped, I went through the construction bin, but I didn't find any sign that concrete was used. When I asked him about it he said they used plywood instead. Razzo than went on to say that he's not going to give me a refund or change the price because the plywood was expensive. I said to him all companies use plywood and you charging me seven thousand dollars more for concrete. I had bought more then enough flooring to complete my whole house, including the basement and washrooms (although basement and washroom were not included in the project). Razzo's team missed used the material and finished the flooring which lead to them having to purchase more flooring. The quality that they got was not the same I purchased. The end result is I have glued and taped floors just to keep the flooring it down in some areas. I got tacky transitions all over the place although, I expressed that I didn't want transitions from the beginning and even when they put them down, but it was easier for his team. Most of the trim installed has come off and my floors are still uneven. I wasted my money and time. Razzo at the end offered me a $600 discount and a coupon for a furniture store that I would never shop at.
