    I purchased a **** *** *** ***** * RV Cover ***** ***** *** from Kapscomoto through ****** on January 16, 2024 at a cost of $224.63. The cover had a 2-year ***** ***** warranty promised by Kapscomoto. After 9 months the top of the cover started cracking and deteriorating. The return period with ****** had expired and Kapscomoto also stopped selling on ****** at some point after my purchase. I contacted ****** and they requested that I contact Kapscomoto directly. When I contacted Kapscomoto I was told the replacement request had to go through ******. I then had ****** make numerous requests via the Kapscomoto email address ******************** on which I had been communicating only to be told that Kapscomoto never received any emails from ******. I also sent Kapscomoto copies of the purchase invoice & email documentation sent to Kapscomoto by ******, as well as pictures of the defective cover. Kapscomoto still refused to acknowledge any communication from ******. I am only trying to get the defective cover replaced but Kapscomoto refuses to stand behind their 2 Year Warranty for this product. * **** ******* ************* ** **** ** **** ********* ************** *****

    ** ************ ****** ** ****** *** ** ********* *** ******** **** * ******** ********I sent one final email to Kapscomoto last week to which they finally replied that they would send me a new replacement RV cover for the cost of shipping only...I thought that was a fair resolution to my complaint...
