    **** **** **************** Worst moving experience ever. They wrecked most of our stuff. Scratches on most of our furniture and they broke some stuff. They only took 3/4 of our stuff because the truck was full. They ***** ** ********* tools, which they used to take apart our couches after I asked them not to. When we arrived at our new house, they unloaded the truck and threw our boxes and made sure all of our fragile boxes were turned upside down. They also asked for another $700 or they weren’t going to unload the truck, which was a rented ******. They left our bedroom mattresses outside with about half of our stuff on the deck. I’m really considering suing. We hired a moving company because *** ****** ***** *** **** *** we can’t do all the work ourselves, but we are anyway. *** ****** ***** **** they also scratched our new floors and were laughing about it. They told us that they needed to unload the truck fast because the neighbours were complaining that they were blocking the alley and they would bring in the furniture once they parked the truck out front, but they just got in and left. I have lots of pictures of the damage and I continue to find more every day, as I unpack. * **** ******** **** **** *** ****** **** *** ** ***************

    **** ****** All Canada Van Lines took my deposit and confirmed they would pick up my stuff prior to my moving day (typical end of month deadline). They called three days prior to cancel my pickup entirely once it was too late to feasibly schedule something elsewhere (at least not an an outrageous last-minute cost). I was told that they were 'having a hard time scheduling a truck' but said if I was willing to pay 3 times what they originally quoted me, they could book a new truck. No explanation as to why they could still apparently get a truck and yet were asking me to pay triple to deal with their issues. **** would Never recommend.

    - They called me two days before my booked moving day to ask if I could move that day. *** **** who is ready to move two days prior?! - Move in time was 8 am. They showed up at 9:05 am (they called me at 7am to tell me they were late). They didn’t start loading until 10 am - they showed up with the agreed 7 ton truck but it was 1/3 full with someone else’s stuff! (???) this forced them to take a second trip. - I walked the movers around the 1500 sq ft townhouse and they immediately told me they needed 2 more guys and the piano would be an extra $600. Their regional manager tried to blame me for not telling them about the piano. I asked what happened with the virtual call when I explicitly mentioned the piano and he said “I don’t know I didn’t conduct it.” - They didn’t put any covers on the hallways, carpets or stairs on either townhouse to protect the floor or stairs. My carpets got dirty and the floors were scratched - Twice I had to tell them how to angle things so they could manoeuvre through hallways and stairs. It seemed like they didn’t know how to because they flipped a big dresser upside down unnecessarily and they tried to take the mattress box upstairs upright (it didn’t fit since it hit the ceiling) rather than on its side - before the final drop off we calculated the final price and I asked how much tip I should give. The main guy told me “whatever you want”. I said $20? He said $50. I said “no problem” then when they only had 10% of my stuff to unload they asked for payment. I gave them the money and the tip and then they asked me for more money because I got the stairs fee waived... I felt this was uncalled for and borderline an ********* since they still had my things. They asked for an additional $200 on top of the $250 I tipped them already. All Canada Van Lines is privately owned with operations across Canada. They pay their movers $20/hr but charge $97.5 per mover per hour. I will never use them again.

    * **** **** **** ******* * * **** ******* * **** ** ** ***** ****** **** ******* ***** ******* *** * ********** The people who answer the phone need to learn to take responsibility as do all their employees. I am a building manager and this company moved in one of our tenants. They had other garbage on the truck at the time of moving this tenant and their belongings. Once these two ****** moved her belongings in They felt THEIR GARBAGE was ok to toss in our recycling dumpster.. This garbage they threw away was a mattress.. I called the company and gave them a chance to do the right thing( they NEVER did) so I called police. Police told me they were told they had to remove this mattress as it should NEVER have been left.. and now day 2 it still sits here.. so police will be called again this afternoon a d hopefully charges will be filed for illegal dumping since this ******** people have such disregard for anyone.

    ** *** *** **** ******** Our belongings arrived 4 days late. They never communicated one time, we had to keep calling for updates, no apologies, no explanations. We were lied to about the weight of our items, they are trying to overcharge us thousands of dollars. Once they have your belongings they will tell you to send them more money to get the delivery moving. The invoice keeps changing, they seem to add moving hours at will and expect you to be okay with paying double what you agreed to in the original quote. They were stopped at the weigh scales by the transport police for not having drivers licences, the truck being illegally overweight and not having the proper business licensing. They damaged many items and are doing everything in their power to not reimburse us a dime. They are very difficult to reach, it’s been over a month with extremely minimal contact and no resolution. Probably going to small claims court. Nightmare experience. *** *** ***** ****** ******** ********** ***
