This place is horrible. I took my daughter here to have her acrylic nails removed. The technician took her back and trimmed the nails shorter, then continued to rip and pry off the remaining nail. This is not how you should remove acrylic nails. My daughter told her that it hurt, an she was ignored. The technician either trimmed a nail too short or ripped off part of her natural nail, because at one point she started bleeding. The tech said she was going to put this "stuff" on it, which only made it sting and burn even worse. My daughter was crying when we got home because she was in so much pain.
