    ***** **** *********** ************* *** ************** I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ajax Mazda and it was nothing short of a nightmare, tainted by the ************* *** ************** conduct of certain staff members. While I must commend Sales Manager Hameed for his exceptional professionalism, the same cannot be said for others, particularly Finance Manager Bilal. From the outset, Bilal made our car purchasing journey a nightmare. Not only did he spew sexist jokes about my wife, but he also displayed dismissive and gender-discriminative behavior throughout the process. It was as if my wife didn't even exist in the room, creating an uncomfortable *** ******* environment. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of General Manager Justin, who assured us of a smoother process ahead, the experience remained marred ** *****************. The replacement finance manager, AJ, didn't fare much better. Constant follow-ups were necessary for even the simplest tasks, highlighting a lack of professionalism and efficiency within the dealership. Even during the vehicle delivery, Bilal's apology felt insincere, merely a token gesture without any acknowledgment of the distress caused. His remark about the necessity of his apology further demonstrated his disregard for the seriousness of the situation. ** *** ****** ** ******* the new car we purchased displayed issues with the rear seat, further souring our experience. Even the service center representative failed to communicate effectively, exacerbating our frustrations. ** **** *** ********* why are customers charged a hefty pre-delivery inspection fee if cosmetic issues like scratches and seat problems go unnoticed and unaddressed? The entire ordeal at Ajax Mazda not only tarnished our family's first car purchase experience but also left a bitter taste in our mouths. **** ******** *** ******** *** **** **** ******** **********
