    I purchased a pair of football gloves on Jan 25 and got the confirmation, Then on Feb 7 they send a shipping email with NO SHIPPING INFO.
    It is still unavailable till now, and their email domain also shows "responded with code ******** Domain name not found: *****************"
    Their phone number also never worked!

    I purchased ** ****** Football gloves on 12-6-2022. The company required you pay with ****** or *****,so I chose *****. I paid $49.22. I got an email with confirmation (order # ****) and to also let me know I would get an email when shipped. I have received nothing, so I send an email to ****@*************.com (that is email they provided in confirmation email). I get the email returned as it is an invalid email address. I go to website at eternity-gears.com and send chat, but nobody replies. ** **** ****** * ****** * **** **** ********

    I purchased an item from the Eternity Gears website and have not received confirmation for shipping. I emailed them at ****@*************.com as suggested on their website but that email is not activated, and the messages have not been received. I called their phone number provided on the website (###-###-####) and have not been able to reach anyone or leave a message. I have filled out a contact us form from their website requesting a call back and they have not called. ** **** ***** * ***** ***** ***** ******** ** ***** *** **** ***** ** *****. I now want to cancel the order but cannot reach anyone. I paid $42.99 for an item I have never received.

    Order #**** , order placed on Saturday, 10/29/22. Shipping timeline from their website says if purchased on a weekend, will ship on Monday. It is now Saturday 11/6/22 (One week later) and the product still hasn’t shipped. I tried messaging on their website a few days ago and have not received a response. I tried emailing ****@*************.com this morning and the email bounced back as undeliverable. From the other reviews sounds like I’m not the only one

    I placed an order (****). It has not been shipped. I have not gotten an email response. No one has reached out to me about my request. I ordered the item 3 weeks ago. Still not shipped and no tracking. I can't find a way to get a refund. Very bad business ethics. I would like my order or my refund
