    I put my gym membership on freeze around March 2023. I was told that they would keep my membership on freeze until I came back in to the gym and asked to have it unfrozen. In June my husband put his membership on freeze as week as wee go up north for the summer and cannot use the gym.
    I asked to unfreeze my membership on Nov 30/2023. I was told at the gym front desk that the corporate office had already restarted my membership in June 2023. At this time they began removing the mostly membership from my bank account, $60.00 per month.
    I called the Anytime fitness head office and told them about my situation and explained that I have not used the gym services since March 2023.
    They told me they sent an email telling my my membership would restart in June 2023. I did not receive this email.
    This company did not ask for verification that I had received the email to restart my membership and stat thing money from my account. I explained that I did not use the service, which they can verify because my card was not use to enter the gym but yet they said tough luck.
    * ***** **** ** ****** ** **** ***** **** * ******** ******* ********* * ******** They should have confirmed and verified that I wanter to restart my membership.
    The woman at the gym told me they would keep my membership frozen until I came in to unfreeze it. This did not happen.
    I would appreciate your help with this matter.
