On Tuesday Feb 20 I called to say my turn signals stopped working and that I'm having electrical issues. The owner Martin told me to come in after work so I swing by around 5pm. Their mechanic can't figure out what's going on so I'm told to bring it back Friday, Feb 23. Between Tuesday and Friday my father figured out that it was likely the rear fuse box. I check it and it's corroded. The mechanic didn't look at it on Feb 20 when I brought it in. I go back and talk to Martin on Wednesday Feb 21 and he confirms that it needs to be repaired. Martin tells me he found a used part and will order it Thursday and expedite it for Friday. I return Friday morning. Martin forgot to order my part. I tell him this is my work car and I need to work for Monday. He apologies and says he can "fix the fuse box" so I trust him and leave it for the weekend. Monday Feb 26 comes and I show up in the morning and my fuse box is sitting on their desk and hasn't been fixed. So I ask them to put it back in so I can go to work and I have to use hand signals to make turns. I come back after work and they start working on it. Martin shows me the box and claims it can just be repaired with some acetone - no need to replace it. By the end of Monday I pay them aprox $420 and that my car is finally fixed. On Tuesday I get in my car to go to work and have no turn signals, navigation system is not working. I have more electrical problems with lights flickering. Nothing was actually repaired. If Martin ordered the $120 part, it would have been an hour or so of labour so $220-250 max to repair this but instead I paid $420 and still have electrical issues. After inspection of the fuse box it is still corroded. I called repeatedly for a week and they would not return my calls.
