    The pictures speak for them self, and there is more pictures and problems, then ******. 1 contract Oct 11/22 2 contract, said they would make me there first job, and be here spring of 2024, late April- may.I have a 1500 square foot home, and they were here off and on for about 3 months. The third day of work, on the first contract, I phone *******. It was very easy to say your workers really don't know how to do siding properly. She gave her word, along with *******, that my house will look as good as theirs does. As they just sided , and redone their home.Many problems with the men working on my house, being here so long, starting to put up wrong siding. And that's if they showed up. Would never get a call to inform **** moved and bought up in ***************, ON a disability income.The money from the sale allowed me to do this work. I moved 2 hours away, so I can afford to live. Iam up here by myself and dogs. ******* and ******* were super nice, at first. Now because of my medical problems, wish not to deal with them. So many times I texted, and never a reply back.Due to the work on my house, could possibly get leaks. The metal that comes between the roof and siding is not put on right. Iam worried more damage if ******* much more!!As far as second contracted, they did not follow what was agreed. One worker was sent, and gone in a few hours.******* agreed in second contract to come himself to do the job. I texted and ask when is ******* coming to finish, ******* said she was informed the work was done. So I started sending many pictures to her. No reply!!!Because of my income, iam limited to what I can do.I realize not long after moving here, this was a house I couldn't afford to live in. Both ******* and ******* were told I needed to sell and They were told day of signing first contract. Iam so stuck, not sure if I can make another winter, with the cost of everything. I have no help, up here Iam praying for your help!!!Thank you and stay safe!!

    I have reviewed the complaint from ******, There is a number of issues regarding her complaint. This company is aware that there is deficiencies to be addressed and fixed. Issues with getting these deficiencies completed include fear of the complainants dogs. The last time I had someone go to the stated address, ****** was aware that someone would be coming on that Monday morning. When the worker got there, he had to climb onto a railing and scream for ****** to come and get her dogs, as there were jumping, barking and biting at him.

    That being said, the last contact with ****** was on August 1st. I was arranging to have ****** go to the site to go over every deficiency so we can get this job 100% complete, as it seems more issues continue to arise after we complete her deficiency lists. I received a reply from ****** on the 1st of August informing me that she had vertigo, so it would be hard for her to walk outside with ****** and  further difficult to look up.(Looking up will be an issue as on July 31st I received a text from ****** telling me that her home inspector friend was there, and he informed her that "he seen what he called a fucken mess. And didn't go up (to the upper section) he seen lots from the ground." That being the last contact, I have no idea of the medical conditions of vertigo, so I have been waiting to hear from ****** that the vertigo is gone, or she is well enough to have ****** come there to go over everything, and complete the job once and for all.

    If ****** can contact me and confirm via text that she is well enough to have someone come over and she is well enough to physically walk around with someone and address every issue, I will have that ****** not leave until everything is completely fixed, as I was planning at the beginning of August. I will also just need 100% confirmation that the dogs will not be outside on the arranged morning this time, as that is the second ****** biten by these dogs, that I know of.

    I will await a reply either via text from ******, or email from you, so we can arrange and confirm a date.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Iam sorry **** but I have no idea at this point.
    After reading there response, and just making up lyes, to cover the business. 
    You may have read the texts I sent, showing she is being untruth.
    I have many messages from *******, stating ******* will be coming on this day. She will call or text to confirm, when he is on his way.
    No text No call, and ever showed up.
    Sence receiving last payment, last summer. The company sent one worker this summer, to do all repairs. Second contract stated ******* would be doing himself, with helper.
    They also sent this worker, no call or text, never knew he was coming. This is one of the works ******* stated was scare/ afraid of the dogs. When I come running out to see what was going on. The worker and his girlfriend ( who he brought on my property) worker was at the dog pen side of the house, girlfriend still in truck.Worker was on porch, ask him what happened if he was hurt. Told him I didn't know he was coming. Worker replied, all good, no worries, he was not hurt. 

    So In saying all that, sorry
    I really don't want this company, back on my property. You have to understand, I moved here three years ago, by myself. *************** has 720 people living here, very small town, I don't know anybody. 
    If this company can-
     ( i would like my house repaired and with experienced workers who can do the job properly. NOT a worker that has been here before, you can see there work. Experienced!!!!!)Why would any company leave their customers house looking like this. They took my money and ***** had no intentions of coming to my house.

    Hi there,

    I will have ****** at the stated address on Tuesday October  15th at 1 o clock , rain or shine, to go over every deficiency. Then start the list Wednesday morning, weather permitting.

    I need confirmation as soon as possible, and preferably before Friday the 11th.
