    I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and needed my car repaired. Was recommended by a guy who assessed the damage to go to this shop. He said car dealerships send cars there so they must be doing something right. I took my car there and they said they would have trouble matching the paint as it had a custom paint job. So I paid an additional $2500 Cash for them to repaint the entire car. There was no discussion about him just painting over the existing. Also had them put in new parts as the car was disassembled and would be easier to replace knowing that. When I received my car back there were a number of issues with the car. The car looked rushed and out the door it goes. Mind you they had the car 3-4 months so this shouldn’t have been an issue. The Manager Jeff A. says well the guy who fixed your car has moved outta province…well I said so that position wasn’t filled? Nobody can fix this then? Then continues to go on about ohh everything happens in the shop Richard. Wouldn’t take blame for any of the shops actions or horrific job that they did. The drivers side door was damaged and he adjusted the door 2-3 times on different occasions as the window wasn’t sealed and water was getting in from car wash or rain. Kept trying to tell me that’s how you car came in..no I take good care of my car and if something needs replacing it was done almost immediately. I’ve repeated told them I’m not happy with the job and he continues to say what you want with a 14 year old car? This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever received anywhere. Won’t take responsibility for the job they were paid to do. I feel stuck and don’t know any other course of action. The insurance company cannot help me because it wasn’t a recommended shop and only advised my the guy who assessed the damage and recommended me to this place. Please help me rectify the problem as something needs to be done here. Thanks
