    I recently had a car serviced at Suters and was appalled by the confrontational and belligerent attitude of John, the man in charge of scheduling appointments. I had watched him write down my phone number correctly when I drop off the car. When I didn’t get a phone call by 5 PM, I called and he explained to me that he had called a number I had never heard of. I had traveled far and they did no work on the car because of this mistake. When I asked him about why he didn’t use the number he correctly wrote down (without an angry tone or raised voice) he exclaimed, “I’m not gonna take any attitude from you, Come pick up your car and have an awful weekend”
    I spoke to the owner, who volleyed an excuse that they sometimes have patrons who get upset with the service, as if it is acceptable to speak to a customer in that abusive way, This kind of immature conduct and that particular employee is a liability to that business and they should be called out for it and future patrons made aware.
