    I have used ICS courier many times and have now recounted my story quite a few times. ICS has never had a problem getting into the building in the last 2 years.What happened yesterday was an unprofessional fiasco. Some days instead of ICS or another delivery service showing up in a marked vehicle, an unmarked minivan with a small sign (in the side rear windows) of the service is used. On this occasion I have photographic evidence of a van crew with multiple people present to make a non delivery or thrown attempt at delivery while I was at home constantly checking for them.I confronted the individuals and one of them proceeded to run towards my door carrying a box I suspected was my package. Upon going and waiting at my door they pulled the van out of my loop. Photos are attached Basically they left a blank door hanger, distracted me and sped away. ICS advised me a door hanger was left (in their system, 2 hours prior to my incident) which isnt possible. The door hanger was also left in the buzzer room, totally blank without anything written on it.ICS customer service (at around 8 or 9 pm) advised me the shipper must pay for this to be delivered again. I say its ridiculous and they can bring me my package on the first attempt. They are the ones sending non qualified people to make a false attempt.

    I had ordered a shipment of seed beads and a pair of earring findings from *********************** ******************** on December 15th 2023, with ICS Ground as the courier because I was too short on money to pay for services from *********** or ****** It was shipped out on the 18th and as of right now apparently out for delivery three times. It is a ***** CAD total package with ***** in shipping fees paid from my end to ICS Ground, I have not seen anything from the courier since 9:26 PST this morning. I have looked five times today to see if I have been left a slip by them for parcel pick up or an attempted delivery but I have gotten nothing. I am unsure of what to do because I'm not sure if it is a problem on the couriers end or the package has been stolen by porch pirates and it is worrying me. I attempted to reach customer service through both email and phone call with both failing. I feel like I've been cheated or scammed by the shipping company and it has made me frustrated and anxious. I'm not alone as other people via Yelp and in the subreddit R/********** have stated misconduct on the couriers end with deliveries. attached are screenshots from Yelp on the ******** ** location and the r/********** subreddit thread.
