    They provided B2 Stinger Series H13/9008 LED which I received in mail today January 27, 2023.
    Nature of dispute is I tried contacting company via phone & email the same day order was placed because I ordered wrong item and wanted to correct my mistake before item was shipped. I mistakenly ordered B2 Stinger Series H13/9008 LED but intended for B2 H4/9003/HB2 LED. I'm just looking for an exchange for the correct item but unable to contact anyone from the company in regards to facilitate the exchange.

    The customer ordered the wrong item for his snowmobile even tho there is a clear video showing how to identify which snowmobile you own before ordering on the store page.  We have not had stock until Friday to fix the mis order on this customer - There is also a note on our website due to the stock limitations we have right now.  The customer will have to return the items for exchange to Motojungle, 53 Main Street Ayr ON N0B 1E0.  Once we have the items returned in new unipened condition, we can process the exchange at no  cost.
