    We were billed for a week and a half of consecutive daily snow plowing despite little to no additional snow falling in the latter half of those consecutive days. When questioned on the excessive daily billing, instead of offering to help come to a reasonable understanding, they abruptly cancelled the contract. Upon receiving the final bill, it was discovered that they had left a 4+ ft wall of snow blocking the entire double-width garage door, which had been sitting there for at least 5 days since the last billed visit. This suggests they were unable or unwilling to perform their contracted service properly and within a reasonable time frame. Combined with their poor customer service and snarky attitude, we strongly recommend against using them for snow removal services.

    We provided services as per our contract to his rental property. In the midst of the snowfalls in the region that called for a state of emergency, yes we provided services daily as that is how often it snowed. This is all inaccurate information as the client cancelled the services because of his concerns due to the cost and not understanding the financial responsibility of maintaining property ownership. I have all the copies of the e-mails to this fact. I am sure the rental they were running was not under approval of township standards or compliant with all Bi-laws, A complaint may be lodged to this fact.
