    We invested with *** ******* and Nikori in May 2022, expecting the 57% return promised over 24 months (20% in staggered interest payments and 37% at the end of the term). Unfortunately, these payments have not materialized. We know of several others in similar situations with Nikori and its related entities.Throughout the process, we received frequent updates encouraging further investment, accompanied by promises of payment that were not fulfilled. Over 2.5 years later, our group has invested over six figures, and this delay is now causing significant financial strain, including interest payments of approximately $900 per month on our side. Other investors have reported serious impacts on their retirement plans.We have visited one of Nikoris projects near *********, **********. In my professional opinion as a qualified building inspector, progress appears limited on the site. We are concerned about whether this project will be ************ an effort to resolve the matter, we pursued a settlement through legal channels and agreed to a deal on **** terms, accepting a significant loss. However, *** subsequently backed out of the agreement.We hope these issues can be resolved fairly, but we urge potential investors to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging with Nikori or its associated entities.

    Hello,

    We have received a commitment from this vendor that they will pay us within 6 months. As terms of the settlement we have agreed to remove negative ****** and ******** reviews in addition to this BBB complaint.

    If Nikori does not fulfill their commitment to paying up back by June 2025, we will reach back out to continue our BBB process.

    In the mean time could you please cease any reviews or pursuit against Nikori and its owner *** *******?
