    I had dealings with Elite Autoworks regarding ongoing mechanical issues with my van. The van was brought to Elite Autoworks on multiple occasions after repeated problems. I paid (and the warranty paid) for diagnostics and repairs at this garage. Elite Autoworks committed to diagnosing and repairing the vehicle’s mechanical issues, including concerns with the transmission, and charged me for replacing the trailing arm bushings — a service that was later confirmed by other garages as never completed and I had to pay out of pocket again for them. Additionally, Elite Autoworks installed a second motor in the van, which was also faulty and continued to cause problems for me. Despite these repairs and assurances, the van remains unreliable and unsafe, confirmed by multiple safeties. The nature of the dispute is that Elite Autoworks misdiagnosed, inadequately repaired, and failed to complete services while still charging me, and using up my warranty, resulting in significant financial losses and continued mechanical issues. Elite Autoworks has made no effort to address the situation or refund costs for incomplete or faulty work. They maintain "You have a warranty, use it."
