    In complete disbelief....

    I have now made 4-5 calls to head office to address a very serious matter regarding an experience at 109 Mapleview Drive W, and no one has contacted me. It has now been 32 days, and I am repeatedly told "we will escalate this" every time I call. I assume that head office does not take things seriously. On August 20th, I visited this location with my 9 year old niece to grab lunch. After entering the order correctly and repeating it to me, we came home to only find out that my niece was seconds away from biting into a Habanero Wrap. This could have been a horrible situation for a child to eat such a spicy food. No one from the store has contacted me, so I am resorting to the BBB to help get attention hoping that this does not happen to anyone else. This is a very serious health matter.
