      Even though Ashot (owner) of Narina Construction, can manage excellent work, the ***************** is not worth the aggravation.  ***** *** ***** ** ***** ** ********** ***** **** ****** **** ******** ******* **** ******* ****** *** ******* **** ** ***** *** ***** ** **** ***** ***** **** ******* ******* **** ******* ***** **** ******* *** ******* *** **** **** ** ****** *** *** **** ** *********** ** ***** ** ** * ******** Here are some facts and we have many texts to prove it.
      On Wed Apr 24 at 7:50 AM Ashot texted “I went to yesterday that metal roof place, and they said it’s not ready yet. I am sorry **** . . .”, “I can come Sunday or Monday . . . “ (April 27 or 28), “Be patient please. Sorry about that. “ June 1/24 NO roof delivered.
      Where is the roof receipt dated Apr 24, 2024? Where is this roof? You will not give us the name of the company. You said they do not deliver? You will not let us pick it up? According to Ashot the roof is oversized and he will borrow a trailer. Ashot knew the size of the roof ahead of time, why would you put yourself into a position where you could not deliver it? **** ** ** ***************
      Please refund the $1550 we gave you for the roof and we will get one delivered tomorrow for free.
      How are you working for free, after we paid for 90% of the materials over and above the roof costs and we e-transfered you another $2000 for your labour for this small, badly done cement patio and a few cement walkway slabs?
      ****** ********** ** *** *** ******* **** ****** ******** ** **** ** **** *** **** ** ** *******. Ashot did initially do a good job on our façade last year, but there were signs of this behaviour at the end of the project but we managed to plough through it with much aggregation.
      As of today, June 1/24, we have just hired a professional to finish the patio properly and to put up a new roof.
