5 starsThis was the second technician at our house. He arrived shortly after I got the text message that they were on route. He assessed the issue as he had more knowledge from the first technician who did his best to diagnose the problem as I have a very complicated system. Unfortunately I have to wait for some more parts to be ordered before install and fix however, the single fact that they can understand and diagnose. The issue is wonderful as I said I had a very complicated system. The technician both times was courteous and very friendly and knowledgable and explain things to me. Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend for all your heating and cooling needs.Review fromFred J

5 starsCan’t say enough about how great my experience was with Affordable Comfort during the recent ice storm!
We called them when our furnace conked out and they had a technician there within 2 hours. The tech (****) diagnosed that we needed a significant repair blower motor repair, so we decided to go with the replacement option and had a new unit installed the next day!
The entire process was stress free, easy to understand and extremely convenient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality HVAC service!Review fromRick R

I got three quotes for a new AC, and while Affordable Comfort wasn’t the cheapest, they were by far the easiest to work with. From the first call, everything was clear and straightforward, no pressure, just honest advice. The installation was smooth, the team was professional, and their warranties were better than anyone else’s. In the end, I’m happy I chose them. Nothing but problems:
1) Installed a new furnance and the fan didn't work. After complaining they finally came and fixed it.
2) Left holes on the exterior of the house and mice kept getting in.
3) Didn't put a cover on the exterior pipes...I had to do this
4) Installed a new A/C and after 10 months it stopped working and then tried to charge me for the service call
5) Installed a humidifier and it wasn't installed properly then once it was corrected the fan once again stopped working
6) Was promised an A/C cover, never received it
7) Quote me almost $4k to install a new hot water tank. I found another company to supply and install for $2250!!
8) Sales Manager Jim stopped communicating with me
9) Owner Tom could care less. Will communicate via email but too chicken to pick up the phone
10) Now I'm being told that it will be over $550 to get the fan working. I paid for a working furnace and A/C and after spending over $12k with this company they still want more.Affordable Comfort

We had our furnace go out in January 2022 and it was after hours for most companies but they sent someone over to check it out. We did end up getting a new furnace from them. Their workers were polite answered our questions and did a very good job. Nice and tidy. So when our air conditioner finally quit we thought of them. Floriano came out and check it over changed a part and stayed to see if it would work. It started up right away but was running rough. Because our unit was quite old he stayed to see how it would do. It ran maybe five minutes and quit. The unit was probably put in when the house was built in the 1980s so was not surprised. After the weekend Jen and Jesse came and installed our new AC. They also were very nice and asked if we wanted them to wear masks and I said yes inside the house as we are both seniors and we have family members who are immuno-suppressed and other health issues. They set straight to work putting down mats to protect our stair carpets. They also answered our questions and cleaned up everything after, inside and outside.
I would definitely recommend them.Affordable Comfort
