    After paying the minimal amount for "we care" coverage, repairs were eventually needed , to which we awaited over 4 weeks for a question to be answered by C.C, with no reply. With a call back to have services tended to, we were make to wait a 10 day period" our coverage does state priority service". We found ********* from one particular office staff that incredibly blamed us for the whole incident. With a different repair company that come to fix the 1 issue,has now found 3 others in the proper safe usage of our 7 year old furnace that they installed bringing this to C.C attention, they've assured that the last Inspection all was 100% fine safe working order including a vent check ,which was never actually done what so ever . Expenses beyond what we thought we'd have to tend to. Based on the others company, the vent pipe was most likely original (1973) & that from us being made to wait 10 days for service, the motor had seized, ignitor switch zapped & control board not working therefore more repairs- we don't think all these items just went over 7 months with no heat being used until Sept.
