      Two years of excuses, no-shows, and broken promises.
      I hired Greenfield to replace a high-end tankless water heater with instant hot water access. I clearly explained that was a priority. *****' team recommended a cheaper model, saying it worked great in their own 4,000 sq. ft. home and promised if it didn’t meet our needs, they’d replace it.
      It didn’t. From day one, hot water took 25–30 seconds to reach any tap. For our family of four, that’s wasted water daily. Our water bills rose 33% year-over-year.
      Since then:
      – ***** promised a replacement (even offered one for $800 — I agreed)
      – No unit was ever delivered
      – Multiple no-shows with no calls or apologies
      – Months of ignored texts and emails
      – He only responded when I used an unknown number
      – ****** confirmed the unit was never registered (so no warranty)
      – Promised furnace servicing (to keep warranty active) never happened
      – In a recorded April 2025 call, ***** admitted they “dropped the ball” and offered to “reset the relationship.” I agreed. Still no follow-up, no resolution.
      I’ve tried everything to resolve this professionally. I was patient, polite, and even willing to pay for a fix, while reseting the relationship. It’s now been two years. I’ve given multiple chances. Nothing.
      ***** — if you’re too busy to help your customers, you’re doing something wrong. Especially when all they ask is that you keep your word.
      To others considering Greenfield:
      Installation was fine. But the customer service, accountability, and integrity have been beyond disappointing.
      Trust is a business’s most valuable asset. And sadly, they’ve lost mine.

      First of all, Greenfield spelled "Furnace" wrong. Secondly, they've cost us a LOT OF MONEY. They refuse to take our calls, they came and fixed our furnace 6months ago and left the humidifier hose ON THE LAUNDRY ROOM FLOOR, causing a lot of damage. The guy named Steve swore at us and hung up on my contractor TWICE. ******* ** ******** *******
