      **** ***** *** ******* ** **** *********** *** **** ** *** ***** ***** First, he came to my home 2 years ago, and spoke nicely, and seemed reasonable, knowledgeable and seemed like he actually wanted to do a good job and be helpful to my family. He pre-approved me for financing at 7%, and said I'd have to give 5 stars on the **** site where I found him, before he would give me the financing, so I gave 5 stars. I didn't know that site makes you wait SIX MONTHS before you're allowed to change a review. I saw many 4-5 star reviews, so I thought he was decent. He is not! **** ** *** **** ******* ***** * ***** ******** *** **** *** ***** ****** ** ****** ****** *** ** ** ***** ** ****** **** ****** * *********** ********* He said he would replace my entire duct system in the basement with 4 inch thick but double width ducts, and install a new furnace, new AC and new tankless water heater for $10000 total. So I signed. After months of slowly doing the work, the furnace, AC and water heater were installed...but then they finally brought what they called "custom" ducts...and they were 7 inches thick! I started with 8 inch thick ducts, so that was not worth the effort and cost. I said that, and they took away the ones they brought, and said they'd come back with 4 inch ones. After weeks of waiting (fortunately it was summer), they stopped replying. * ***** *** ** *** ********* ** ******** *** ** **** ** **** ******* *** *** ******* ******* *** ***** ** ********* 2 years later, they still haven't replied or tried to complete the work, but I've been paying the finance company the FULL PRICE since then. I got 3 items installed, and they probably would have cost $10000 anyway, so it wasn't worth the effort to try to win in court. *** **** ******** **** ** ******* * **** ****** ** ** ******* **** **** ******* ** *** **** ** ****** ** ** ******* * ********** ******* The GAS furnace did not have the legally-required tag on it, and was apparently installed UNSAFELY. Couldve exploded
