I don't like this ** *** *** ***** *****  His name is Michael S. This is the second year I had him *** ***** ***** **** * ***** *** *** he never came back yesterday nor did he call me to tell me anything. My neighbours had to plow me out to get me out of my driveway safely.

    I couldn't come back to clear the end of her driveway because my truck caught on fire and burnt to the ground. Nothing left of the truck as flames reached 21 feet in the air and I only had less than 15 seconds to get out of my truck ** * ***** **** **** ***** ****** I did contact her and explained what had happened *** *** ** * **** **** **** * *** ** ****** ******** as I have tried to help her with snow removal and discount price and have always showed up to do the job as best as I can on time after it has snowed. * ** **** ***** ***** **** ********* ** * **** **** ** ******** ******** *** **** ** ***** **** *** * ********** **** * ***** *** **** *** **** *** *** **** ****** *** **** ***** * **** *** **** ********* *** *** ***** *** **********

     I am rejecting this response because:

    Michael
    S. keeps changing his stories.   I am demanding all my money back in
    full ** * **** ********* he did not do a proper job.  I ** **** **** *** ***** **** *** **** ** ****  I am asking that he reimburse me in the
    full amount of $435.00 as  the last time we had the big storm he pushed
    the snow up against my garage door and so I could not get to my garage
    either *** *** ** *** ** * ********** ** **** ** *** **** ****   **** **** ** *** * ******** ****  I paid him cash at the beginning as
    requested.  * ** *** * ******** ****** ******* * ****** *** **** ***** *** ****** *** **** **** **** *** ** ****** ** *** ***** ******* **** ** **** * **** ****** ****** *** **** ** ** ******** **** **** *** **** *** ** ***********  * ***** ********** *** **** ** **** ** *** ** *** *** **** ** ********  We had a contract till April 1, 2023.
