    On Saturday November 19, 2022, my family and I were in Barrie, Ontario *** ** **** ***** ****** ***********Saturday night we decided to stay over ** ** ***** **** *** ******* *** ****** **.We contacted the Travelodge Wyndham and found out that they had availability.We arrived at about 8pm and checked in. ** *** ***** ** *** ***** **** *** ******* ** ***** **** **** ********* ****** ** ******** **** **** ** ***** *** ** ********* ********* ** *** **** **** *** ********* ******* ***** **** ** ***** ** ******** *** ** *** ********* *** * **** ***** ******* **** *** ** ******** *** ******* ********* **** * **** *** ** ****** *** ** **** *** ***** *** ***.They proceeded to put us in a room that was connected by a door to a room that had a full out party happening in it.Understanding that it was quite early we asked to be moved to a different room in a quiet part of the hotel.As we gathered out belongings, my son (5) sat on the floor and proceeded to put his winter boots on when all of a sudden the mirror attached to the wall fell on top of him cutting his lip.We picked the mirror up off of him and proceeded to tell the employee waiting in the hall what had happened. She apologized and gave us the keys to the other room.During the night we were constantly woken up by screaming, running, and slamming of doors in the hallway. Finally at 3am I attempted to call the front desk only to find out the phone in the room did not work. I used my phone and was told that the employee working the front desk could also hear the noise and had asked them to stop. It did not stop. When we went to leave in the morning we noticed an unauthorized charge of 500 dollars on our credit card. We asked the employees at the desk what it was they contacted the manager who told us that was the cost of this mirror. It is not our fault that this mirror was improperly secured *** ****** ****** ** *** ***.** **** ****** ** *** ******** ** **** ** ******** ***** *******
