    I was suppose to have fun on the water today. This company supplied us with 2 seadoos. One of them ran into mechanical issue after we just left the boat launch. We were not even out for 10 minutes when the machine was vibrating at slow speed. I contacted the number I had and explained the machine just lost power. maintenance required light on. I asked them to meet us back at the boat launch as we are limping it back to shore. When we got back to shore Noah met us there, apologized said sorry this is not your fault. The maintenance required light on is nothing just means it needs an oil change. He then took the defective machine and exchanged it for another one. However, we were not able to go back out on the water due to another commitment. Fully apologetic the rep for this company said any day or time that works for you we will accommodate and we will give you an additional 1 hr usage for the issues today. Until this evening I get a phone call stating the machine needs a new intake as the impeller took on seaweed. Which is charge to me. First off I can't begin to tell you how extremely unprofessional this is, ********** ***** ******** *********. This company should be operating with business insurance for these machines. Furthermore maintaining them.
    They have my $1000 damage plus rental fee. and are now saying I owed a $1400 repair bill.
    I want my deposit back and rental fee. see below.

    Please review the ******** pictures of damage and Rental Safety Agreement signed by ********* **********. Below was our response to her admitting she drove 2021 ****** ***** for 14 minutes.

    The damage in those pictures was not caused by me. We didn't even get out the boat launch. That extensive damage in those pictures is not caused by a less then 5 min troll. 
    The company refused to meet with me so I could see the machine myself. 
    I showed all correspondence and pictures to ****** Police and they said damage like that would not occur in the time duration. This most likely happened from the previous usage and neglect. This company refused to provide me with usage log. There was a service light on. The company refused to provide me with service records. The minor ( that is not qualified) told me it means nothing- just a oil change. 

    A minor 17 yr kid delivered the seadoos to very shallow and rocky water. Both seadoos where crashing against the tied off area  prior to us even getting on the machine.  This minor is not qualified to perform a mechanical walk around, or safety orientation as reported to me direct from the company, as he is not a mechanic. 

    The seadoos were already in the water, the damage was pre existing. As we were not able to leave the harbour. There negligence put me in danger.

    The refusal to provide documentation business license, insurance, harbour log, service records. And refusal of all communication. Leads me to believe they are trying to **** me into taking responsibility for the parts and labour needed to repair this machine, there is no possible way that this damage was incurred by me.

    Hello, 

    Please see response. ******** you will find the estimate for repairs with pics. Kimberly also decided to ****** me at work by sending a fake inquiry to my other place of business in another city that I work at(**** ********). 

    As for minor running my business this is my son with a valid boaters license. Customers time on watercraft as per her own admission doesn't add up. 

    Additionally watercraft was driven to meet customer by water and ran perfectly fine prior to customer departure otherwise it wouldn't have made it there referring to which she describes as "limp mode" aka not moving forward.
