    I contracted them to move me from Ontario to New Brunswick. Before signing I was asked if I had *** Membership. I said yes. They informed me I would get a $200 credit on my *** Membership after the move. When I called about the $200 credit, they told me it takes 2 months. I have now waited 5 months, and no one returns my calls or emails. Do not trust them.

    Good afternoon,

    I have emailed the client to discuss his concern with him and no reply back as of yet.  I will be following up with a telephone call tomorrow.  I am not seeing a record of this customer having a *** Membership at the time of their booking.  Once the customer can confirm their membership we will look into the credit.

    I have been in contact with Mr. ********* and I have provided him with a refund of $200.00, in which he agreed to.  The refund has been completed this evening and the refund receipt has been sent to Mr. ********* for his records
