This review is so that the public is aware of my experience with this property management company in Barrie, Ontario. My actual complaints against them have been filed through the appropriate channels. I'd like to begin by saying that the individuals they have working at Bayshore Property Management are lacking, to say the least. The representative that I am dealing with, her name is Nellie S.. She could not answer simple inquiries that I had, and when I tried to communicate my concerns to her, she kept quoting the Condo Act, instead of actually assisting me. When I asked her for clarification, after she sent me multiple passages from the Condo Act, she stopped all communication with me, and said she would be in contact with my landlord, even though I am the person that is residing in the unit (and I contacted her for support, not my landlord). She could not provide me clarification for simple inquiries I had, and then proceeded to stop all communication with me. Mind you, I am the person that will be opening the door for her when she enters my living space for inspection. Her lack of knowledge and the course of action she has taken, indicates that Bayshore Property Management needs to provide training to its employees in a multitude of areas. Please be aware, when reaching out to Bayshore Property Management for support. They are not equipped to handle complaints, they are not knowledgeable, and they were not impartial when assisting me. This is also another thing to be mindful of. One would expect impartiality when dealing with a property management company, however the representative that I am dealing with, Nellie S., was not impartial while assisting me. Again, please be aware. Bayshore Property Management and its representatives are not here to support you. If you do have to reach out to them, please ensure that you have record of your conversation, both email or call, for your own protection.
