    I purchased a round of golf *** ** *** ** ****** ** *** for July 18th, 2022. Due to heavy rain fall that day a rain check was issued to be used at a later date. On October 23rd, 2022 i booked a new tee time for October 24th, 2022 at 11:40AM using my rain check. I arrived at the course with a guest i wanted to add to my tee time but ** ** ******** they were fully booked and had filled the two open spots on my tee time with another pair. I spoke with the starter and advised him i would like to cancel my tee time and i would be setting up a tee time for a later date. I returned home and booked another tee time for October 25th, 2022. I received an email from Innisbrook Golf course with the confirmation as well as a $154.25 charge to my **** on file. I contacted Innisbrook Gold Course to follow up on the charge to my card and was advised that since i cancelled the tee time on October 24th my rain check was used and i would not be getting a refund. I asked to speak with a manager and left my contact information but no once reached out to me.
