    They sold me on a service that would cost $199 a month. They just charged me $2,000 and their business is listed as temporarily closed and none of their emails or phone numbers work.

    I had a cold call from a man after posting on a website looking for an SEO company. He was helpful and kind and sold me a low cost SEO package telling me I could cancel at any time. After a few months, I haven’t seen any growth in my website SEO. So I tried to cancel. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at the company. No one will return my emails and all the phone numbers are out of service. I would simply like to cancel my subscription.

    I was promised a media support on ******** and ********* that never seen light.
    Also, a promise of a new website with an ETA dated on the 29th of December, thanks to the fact that I asked what was going on, but again until this day I have received no communication further from the business, they do not respond to my email or texts.
    They simply vanished!
    I have requested them my refund as it was mentioned in their contract but they never replied.

    Concerning my complaint, I received an answer from the merchant, thanks to your help, telling me that they have issued a refund on January 12th, but I never received the money it has been more than 10 working days now.

    At this point I would like to continue this mitigation and have a follow up on them from your side...
