    Aug 23 I gave Faytrim a deposit to replace eaves trough. Install date changed many times, finally work was scheduled Oct 2nd but no one showed up or called. I received a final invoice reminder. I emailed Faytrim, told them I will pay when the job is complete. Finally work began. Work should have been finished in 2-3 days but it took 4 weeks. It a small bungalow. The employees would come to the house and sit in the truck most of the day on their cell phones. No supervisor never came to view work. Nov 2nd I emailed Fanny, the owner of Fay Trim, I told her I was left with pieces of scrap metal all over my property and the eaves trough were leaking all the way around the house.
    I paid Fanny $4500 and left a small balance due of $1620.60 because I wanted her to finish the job. She asked me to send videos of the leaks. I had to wait for it to rain, then I took videos of the leaks. She didn't like the videos and asked for better videos. I had to wait for it to rain again. Then I send more videos. At no time did a supervisor come over from her company to look at the problems. I also sent her pictures of the pieces of cut metal all over my property. She eventually stopped responding to me. She told me this is warranty work. I asked her to finish the job and I would gladly pay. She said no, I had to pay in full then they will finish the work.
    On Jan 16, 2024 I contacted her to request a date to fix the issues, I would pay when the work was complete. She said NO. I paid $1620.60 Jan 16th. i advised her I got 2 flat tires. Cost me $30 each to fix. I asked for a date to fix the eaves trough in April since she is now paid. I was told she sent me to collection, I now owe an extra $161.26. I sent mail, asked them to settle this but she won't. This is not fair. My eaves trough are worse now than the ones i replaced. Faytrim didn't send invoice about this interest. I feel work will never been finished. ****** ******* ******* ****** ** **** ********** **********
