    After losing my booking the desk girl (Jacqueline??) was *************** when i expressed concern about timing as I was going to be squeezed in. I was told, prior to booking that it would take 3 hrs so I booked it before work and needed to ensure it would still work.
    **** ******* ** ****** ******** **** she didn't want to deal with my concern and eventually told me it would be best if they refunded my $100 deposit. I immediately agreed. I stepped up to the counter assuming we were processing it but she said it had to go through the accountant and I asked for a date to expect refund. She wouldn't say. I kept insisting to have an idea of when and she started telling me loudly to leave. I asked for the refund date again and she came around the desk...picked up my coffee mug and took it outside and put it in the dirt by a tree, came back in and grabbed my keys (which I tried to stop her by grabbing first).
    I called the police while she kept ******* at me to get out or I would be charged with trespassing. She then grabbed my backpack/purse and put that and my keys in the dirt with the mug. *** **** **** *** ***** ** **** ** *** *** **** ******* ****** ** ** *** ****** * *** **** ** **** *** ***** **** **** started ******* at me to leave or be charged calling me names and waving her arms around. *** **** ****** ** **** * ***** *** * **** ** ***** *** **** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** **** ********* ** *** *** *** ****** **** * ***** **** **** *** *** ***** **** **** ******
    I was standing in place, bewildered by what was happening and on the phone with the police *** *** *** **** * ****** **** ******* ** ** ****** *** ****** So I walked outside to wait.
    Police came and took my statement and got on camera for me,her telling them I would get my deposit back but she still refused to say when.
