  Do not count on Clera to do follow up or warranty work. Several windows were installed at a home for us by Clera. My husband identified immediately that there was a crack in a slider window pull and also defective screens. Kevin ( sales rep) assured us that this would be addressed. Now over a year and 1/2 this simple replacement has not been done. They did send a team once and the window replacement they brought did not fit despite providing them the measurements that they should have had and they did not have the screens. Even the team was disgruntled as they had travelled 2 hours to do the job. We have been ping ponged between Kevin and Ryan(another sales rep) via emails and still no results. ***** ****** ** * ****** ** **** *** ** *** *** **** ******* **** **** ** ***** Wish we had talked to him first. Even taking downtime into account with covid this is disappointing and would never recommend them to anyone. ***** *******

  We replaced the sliding back doors with new Clera garden doors and they look fantastic. When faced with an issue with replacing the existing trim, Shane our installer helped us find options and was able to complete the install very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, meticulous and cleaned up everything along the way. He was an absolute pleasure !

  We ordered our windows in April, for a whole-house replacement (17 windows). We started out with Kevin and he was thorough, informative, and seemed quite fair/honest as a representative of Clera. He estimated an installation time of July (even when I remarked that that meant it would probably be more like August, he insisted July should be pretty accurate). Well, covid-related supply issues and glass shortages meant we hadn't heard anything by August, so I called, and he estimated early September. The team finally came mid-September to do the installation. I know supply chains are out of their control, but the long wait was a bit frustrating when we're working on a timeline of house renos and a baby due soon!
  The installation duo was led by Merab. There was unfortunately a pretty heavy language barrier, so it was difficult to understand sometimes what the issues were (we have a 140 year old house, so issues were inevitable), and we still don't quite understand why exactly the exteriors of 2 windows that are unfortunately under the deck were unable to be capped (he indicated that to cap them properly, we'd have to cut something from the deck, but there is no ledger board there, and the windows were surrounded all around by clear concrete- not sure if it was just too difficult of a space to get into? Anyways, he indicated that the capping was just for looks, and the windows are otherwise sealed, so hopefully they'll be fine!) In all other ways, his team was polite, hard-working, very efficient (it took less than 3 days), and the windows look great! The exterior aluminum capping looks so clean and well done, and we're happy to never need to paint window frames again! In the end, we had one tiny issue with a slice in one of the screens, and Ryan M. (who took over as representative in our area) made sure to put in an order for a new one right away. We love the new wo does, they look amazing and function perfectly.
