    Hello, The transaction was over the months of November 2022 to April 2023. The contractor was paid an excess of $50,00 for the work. It was a third floor renovation where all bedrooms and one master bedroom was painted, customized cabinets were installed and one closet was to have doors added to it. The painting, cabinet installation, master bathroom and doors for the closet were not completed. Hardwood floors were damaged during installation which Elvis agreed to fix. I have telephone and in person recordings of confirmation by the contractor that he would complete this work. In addition, the master bedroom had leaked in to the kitchen and this was not repaired as promised by the contractor. The laundry room sink was damaged and was to be replaced an this also was not done. Previously, I had asked several times for a license for the contractors but to no avail. I have attached a spreadsheet that was sent to Elvis Ragbir detailing what needed to be done. Since then, many more items have come up. The workers had advised that this is not the first time that Elvis has done this and it is normal practice for him to take money and not finish the job. Elvis refused to do a walk around the house and has not returned any of my calls.
