      This collection agency was extremely aggressive, rude, and arrogant. The man who claims to be the Collections manager raised his voice at me over the phone and refused to hear my speak my request for validation of debt information. He will not answer my calls to discuss the matter professionally. Instead he's actively ignoring my calls as he said he was going to and then leading with intimidation of legal actions vs providing me with my request.

      BRS does not generally respond to *** complaints as we are not members and the *** does not have any jurisdiction in these matters.

      However, This debtors allegations are 100% false. Complete embellishment to serve his own narrative.  He is only describing his own behavior towards our agent, No one claimed to be the Manager ( just another lie) ,  and you should not allow him to further his lies via your platform. He called into our office in response to an Email ( 6th email sent, 1st response since March 17, 2022)  about his debt and was immediately confrontational and abused our agent with foul language and used a condescending and abrasive manner. He interrupted the agent every time he tried to speak, like a child would do when he is not getting his way.  He refused to answer any questions so we could better understand his concern and made false allegations about the legality of our involvement. The agent advised him the conversation would be concluded if he persisted with the foul and aggressive language. He did not. The call was ended. The debtor then called back 7-8 times and at one point was told we would not accept his calls unless he changed his tune. He did not. HE also threaten to keep calling our office and blow up our phones. He tried 7-8 times.  He is NOT our customer. We are not mandated to "serve" his needs or tolerate his abuse.  He is merely a debtor who is trying everything he can to evade repayment of his contractual debt. We have the call recordings and they clearly illustrate this individuals poor and unwarranted behavior.  He already published a Google review as well accusing BRS with even more lies than he has outlined in this *** complaint. Seems he cant keep his lies straight.   He is Unhinged and we will not accept his calls going forward. This matter has been reported to his consumer credit file ( *******)  and is currently impairing his credit rating.  All correspondence with him will be in writing only.  We will also not respond to any further *** involvement in this matter.  Thank you
