  Would not recommend this shop to my enemy. Allegedly repaired my clutch, got it the next day, shifter incredibly loose, the next day second gear went, and reverse. Took it back, was informed it was now the clutch cable! Expected me to pay full price. I took it to another shop and it was repaired properly and has been fine since.

  My son have ****** Corolla Hatchback 2019 car and had accident in Jan winter time and after working with my insurance they asked me to bring car to CSN Hacketts - Auto Body Belleville and they took pic at that time and I told them there is noise also coming from car when you drive more then 40k/h but even they get approval they asked for and drop off car for repair for right back area where accident happen after getting estimate from CSN and they did really good job in body work repair done good like new car got them $15000 and all after 3 week waiting I got my car back repaired as per CSN and as soon as I got home drive notice some notice still coming from car so I called them tech told me its because of my tire are worn out switch tires to see if that helps that what they asked my car only drove 25K in last 5 years and very rarely used by my wife and son, even I did change tires swap still getting noise and they dont listen or even ask me to bring it back to find and check where this noise coming from so my insurance told me to try check with ****** so I took it to ****** Belleville and told them what happen to car accident and noise issue still coming but this dear ship tech took 3 hr. to diagnostics and at end says there is no error code or light in system so looks like noise coming from front transmission after their diagnostics and told me need transmission oil which this car wont need and then told me need to replace transmission and parts and hand over me 9800$ repair estimate bill so was very disappointed to see this happen just over 5 year no warranty so i thought let me check with another transmission shop so took it to KD Transmission in ********** and they run test and told me this noise is nothing to do with your transmission issue its from back right wheel bearing issue and confirm that will fix this noise issue jsut for $500 bill they replaced part and get my car back to normal without any noise issue.

  Horrific to women. They like to yell. I needed an engine replaced and they could not be bothered to order it or call the insurance company. Some staff are incredibly condescending to women. They have nothing good to say about anything. Every experience I have had has been negative. The worst customer service ever.

  Got recommended by APC to fix a shifter cable and my neutral safety clip. (i already had the clip bought new in a bag in the car) I called KD explained the situation and the person in office told me to tow it in and hed give me a free quote to tell me if it was worth it or not so I towed it out there called the next day to let them know it arrived all good, or so it seemed. The car then sat in the same spot for several weeks, numerous calls and excuses from them on why it wasnt done one being that their fourwheeler got stolen so they couldnt tow my vehicle up into the car bay, after the month rolled away I called once more to be told yeah its garbage and than they hung up, recive a call maybe 20 minutes later obviously shocked, they explain the whole frames rotted away, that the rockers were gone etc.. and then offer to buy it for scrap, ask me how much I bought it for than laugh at me because of it. i than towed it to a new shop for them to fix everything in less than two days. Im sure others have had better experiences but this was mine, I will not suggest KD transmission to anyone.

  KD Transmission repaired my vehicle in a very speedy, honest and professional manner. I am happy with their managers and shop. My vehicle was thought to have a costly repair, but ended up being less than $500. Thank you!
