      Culligan demands payment of a service call on their way out your door, once the job is done. Legally in *******, a consumer has 30 days to pay an invoice. When I informed Culligan of this fact, they cancelled my appointment. When my husband called back to reschedule and informed them he would pay with his **** when they were done the job, they rescheduled the appointment but then never showed up in time (a time that he would be home and which they said they would come) and they never called us to inform us. When my husband called to reschedule a second time, they gave us a date and time and no one showed up a second time. They did not call us to inform us. My husband called a third time to reschedule and they iffered a discount on labour. He asked them to send him an email to confirm the appointment and discount. He did not receive an email, and no one showed up for the appointment. They are prejudicing us because we complained about having to pay the first time we called them.
