      very bad most time you can not see out due to condensation i have pictures if needed would not recomend this company rude door has been replaced and it is worse each time DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI AM 82 ALL MY SAVINGS GONE THEY DO NOT CARE

I have reviewed your file.We have been out multiple times The manufacturer has been our multiple times It has been determined that their what your experiencing is condensation and we have provided you with the tools and information to fix the issue.The issue is not the door system at all, but the humidity in your home this is not something we can fix for ****** for your claim that we "stole" your life savings is a very unfair We entered a contract for $3575 to supply and install a new patio door, in the end that is the exact amount you paid.If you chose to use your ************** to pay the agreed upon contract that is what YOU chose to do.

      Could have purchased Northstar windows from Viewtech but instead chose my windows from Prime Windows and Doors because of the warranty. After installation I have more bugs inside my home than outside. When I contacted Prime, I was told ***** would want $125.00 upfront to even come over to look at the problem. I also have spray foam visible on the exterior of some windows. This problem has not been resolved and I don't think it will be as I haven't heard a word from ***** or Prime. Previous reviews on Prime website have been removed. If you would like to see what you will get from Prime before you purchase, you can come to my home at ****************************************** ****** to inspect. *************************.
