**** *** *** ****** ** *** ***** I bought two items from them. I arranged to pick them up in Mississauga. When I did the first item a paper shredder was completely destroyed. The cover, instrumental panel and sides were all cracked. This led me to examine my other item. The mop and bucket system was missing its essential textured mop head. I emailed them and asked for a refund and credit for the inconvenience of picking up deliberately sold damaged and incomplete merchandise. I called as well, there was no answer and their voicemail was full. There was no reply.
I traveled to the location in Mississauga and asked the gentleman there for assistance. He advised the Bolton location had to be dealt with directly and I would have to continue to contact them. I replied to explain I had just been there and they were time wasting, not addressing the terrible experience, their consistently full voicemail and failure to answer their service telephone line. They replied to direct me, again minimally, to return the items to their Bolton location. I reside in Mississauga, thus their location in Mississauga is convenient and where I collected the items but they now were expecting me to drive to Bolton, after driving back and forth to the local?????!!!
I took the items to the Mississauga, calling the entire trip to, once again, no answer and full voicemail. At the location I told the gentleman I would be returning the items there. He picked up the phone and called Bolton and voila, they answered. The "gentleman" on the phone proceeded to act like they were doing me a favour processing a return, got upset when I noted the avoidance of my efforts to contact them and seek credit for their nonsense. Then, he hung up on me.
They do NOT know how to run a business, ********* sell damaged merchandise without conscience and are clearly oblivious of the cost of gas *** *** **** ***** ********* ** ***** ****** They do not care for their customers. **** *** *** ** ** ********
