**** ****** *** ***** **** ****** *** *****. Let me explain. Back on April 27 my husband took his truck to FORD BOLTON for a warranty issue. They removed the transmission to replace the rear engine main seal. On NOVEMBER 16 my husband went to turn on his 4x4 because we got a snow storm and my husbands ford f 150 2018 Larriat started to catch fire. We brought the vehicle to ford Bolton. we had a service advisor and shop Forman come to the parking lot and LOOK under the hood. My husband and our family business mechanic removed the fuse panel lid in front of service advisor and shop Forman. They saw the burnt fuses and my husband showed them pictures of wiring harnesses burnt underneath the fuse panel. Shop Forman told us to not bother putting the cover properly on the fuse panel that the truck was going to be looked at to not bother putting the cover on properly. Two weeks later the vehicle was finally looked at, they contracted my husband and told him The reason for the fire was there had been water and dust in the panel and that’s why it shortages and caused a fire. My husband told them that he had pictures they he took AT YOUR DEALER when he dropped off the vehicle that there was NO WATERS in there. The water only got in there because the lid wasn’t on properly from the day we showed the service advisor and shop Forman the issue. We asked you guys by any chance when the truck was there getting some warrant done, when they re installed the transmission if they have by accident pinched a wire or a harness installing it back into the transmission. Because the vehicle was running fine until I switched on the 4x4. Shop Forman told my husband and our mechanic that they would do an investigation to see what caused the fire and that product liability would be involved due to it being a tire.
