    They committed to help with US visa processing and appointment scheduling for US Consulates and US Embassies in Canada.
    The website of this company looks very similar to the official US visa application website, ** *** ************ *** ****** ** ***** ********. Because of this I submitted a service request and completed the payment through the company’s website on the afternoon of Oct 06. When I found out they would do nothing to help me, I filed a refund request that day. Since nothing has been scheduled and no costs have been incurred, I request a full refund.
    I have already submitted a refund request on the company’s website on Oct 06 and sent an email. But they did nothing and there is no response till now.
