    I have been trying for the past year to find out who owns this company, but nothing shows up. This seems to be a ghost company that gets contracts from builders. I am looking for the owner to respond and provide their email address so I can correspond with them. We have not been happy with this water tankless bad, bad, bad design, and it costs us a fortune to wastewater before we get any hot water. Simply awful

    I have a tankless , this company is horrible to deal with , there install is cutting corners . **** **** 
    I have issues with there tankless and there is no help . The tankless they got installed is the cheapest and worst ratting on the market . ***** *** *** ***** **** *

    I deal with the service manager - ****** * ******** ****** *** ******* ** ******* *** refuses to listen and when told to stop streaming on many occasions, she took pleasure ** ********* ***** *** scolding clients *** *** ****** *** ******. After calling back to escalate and spoke with another individual who promised that she would get back to me. Nothing happened. ***** ********* *** ******* *** ********* **** ******** ** ****** ****** *** ****** ** ******* *** ******** ***** *** ******* *****

    Our team at Genesis Home Services is always available to help and assist consumers to the best of our ability. In cases where consumers feel the need to use foul or abusive language or make inappropriate gestures towards our staff will not be tolerated in any circumstance. Our staff have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at all times regardless of the situation.

    I disagree with their justification. This is to confirm that no abusive language was used or any inappropriate gestures ( How Could this be possible as we were conversing on the phone?) Tolerance comes in both ways. Simply, my approach was professional and showed concern. As a service manager, they should learn how to deal with clients and not treat them like they are not important. It was a matter of smiling on the other line and the manager went ahead and scolded me as if I were her child. Coaching is appropriate for her level. *** ************** ******** *** ******* *** ****. That service manager was treated with respect and dignity, she did not display any of this towards me. This company should not operate under the pretense of getting contracts from big companies and treat customers inappropriately. Shame on all these companies who believe that they can scream at people *** ***** ***** This behaviour is not acceptable and should not be allowed. Overall, this matter is not taken lightly. We are owners and without us, this company and many others could not exist without us paying for their salaries. There must be a penalty applied to all these companies for mistreating their clients. ******* ** ************* ***** ********* **** ******* ***
