    On the 21st of September 2021, my wife and I agreed to purchase a hot water boiler heating system (Triangle Tube In.199) from GHC Heating valued at $8475.00. The owner of the company, ***** ****** was paid in full for the boiler and instalation that occurred at the end of October 2021. *** *** ***** ****** also paid an additional $950.00 plus GST for what was explained to be a 10 year parts and labour warranty. Since the instalation of the boiler, GHC Heating (***** ****) failed to register our product with Triangle Tube. From Novmber 2021 as of June 17th 2022, *** *** ***** ****** have continuously attempted to reach ***** ****** about this matter. GIRARD has continously ignored our requests for an update on this matter and had failed to call us back. In order for the product (our boiler) to be covered by the Triangle Tube company, the boiler requires not only to be registered with the serial number by the contractor but a series of tests also needs to be registered with the Triangle Tube Company. These tests include High Fire CO% and O2%, Low Fire Co% and o2 and CO ppm tests. A image of the combustion test results are also required to be done and sent by ***** ******* *** ****** *inally called Triange Tube in New Jersey -************ in May 2022. I was notified that my boiler had not been registered and no test results had been recieved from GHC Heating. This contractor has ignored his administration responsibilities of which can void any warranty matters with Triangle Tube. On the 16th of June 2022, Triangle Tube notified *** ****** *hat "In order to achieve the best warranty we require... all of the contractor test results as identified previously in this complaint". GHC Heating has failed to explain to us or Triangle Tube why he has not registered our boiler system. Also, we wish to be reimbursed for the extended warranty as we now believe that GHC Heating would fail to follow up with potential warranty work as he failed to register our product.
