    My parents both in their 80s have purchased numerous times for bothwell for the same issue to happen over and over. They want us to pay for the couch repair as the couch is not that old i have sent them pictures. this is the second couch with the same problem they are selling faulty products the couch is made by palliser . We want a replacement asap not a fix The last couch ended up costing them out of their pocket as it had to be fixed numerous times ( could of bought a new couch by the time it was fixed properly ) My mom is blind and dad just had heart surgery last week and are not able to jump through their hoops due to medical issues They need to check their records of how many times previous couch was fixed **** and ** ****** 1267 **** st sarnia ont n7s5x8.

    I have emailed them at    *************************************************    ***** is who has asked for pictures which i sent    I have asked numerous times for a manager with no response ************ is their contact number.   ***** says she sent pictures to pallister    I am dealing with a 88 yr old dad just had heart surgery and a blind mom with illostomy bag. I am not happy with this situation as this is the second pallister couch which has had the same issue of cracking we were told by the sales person this issue was fixed by pallister before we bought another  pallister. This is very misleading if the problem has not been fixed in the first place. please esculate and try to contact them again   thank you in advance for your time
