    **** **** ****** I have been trying for over a month to get my dryer fixed. **** ***** ** * ***** No Good Service at all. I am so Tired of companies taking my money and not fulfilling their end of the agreement. They have no Technicians one call, the next they are waiting for parts that they told me the first call that they had in stock. They *** *** don't service anything. ** **** ***** ********* ** ** **** *********** ****** ****** **** *** **** ****** ******

    ******* *** ** **** *** *********** *** ** ***** ************ Going on week 3 of not having a working fridge. It has taken 2 weeks to get a technician to diagnose the compressor on my 2 year old ** fridge needs to be replaced. 4days and counting Phoenix AMD is still waiting to recieve the report from the technician,after which they will need to review it to decide what to do next which can take a further 24-48 hours. I would expect that a company like Phoenix AMD would have more leverage to get things moving with the repair company. I would expect the contract Phoenix AMD has with *******-******* would include time lines on how long it should take to have a technician troubleshoot the problem, how long does *******-******* have to get that information back to Phoenix AMD etc. Phoenix AMD keeps saying they have sent an email or they have escalated my case (not sure to whom) but all with liittle noticible effect
    If you are considering buying an exteneded warrenty to protect your investment in a major appliace read the fine print ask lots of questions about the timelines involved in getting your appliance fixed, *** **** ** *** ** *** *** *** ******** ** **** ******* *** **** **** ****** **** *** *********** *** **** *** ***** ********* they just dont care about getting your applice fixed in a timely fashon...

    ******* * ***** ********** ** Excelsior extended warranty, the do not honour their warranty contracts. Two technicians were dispatched by *** Warranty to investigate issues with our refrigerator. The first technician’s assessment was that the refrigerator could not be repaired. After a number of weeks of back and forth, they dispatched a second technician, who confirmed the fridge is not repairable. Despite these clear evaluations, we've remained without a working refrigerator or a solution from *** Warranty for 6 weeks and counting. I've spend a considerable amount of time following up with this company, being told inconsistent information and unfulfilled promises. They've caused undue stress *** *********** ****** *** ****** *** ****** of my family due to having a malfunctioning refrigerator.

    **** ******* ** * ***** They do not complete the repairs for months so you will give up and just purchase a new appliance and they are no longer responsible.

    I purchased a range which had ongoing issues from the day I purchased it. I am thrilled to report right from the first stove issue A.M.D International was there for me to help me through the numerous issues on the claim until it became apparent I couldn't get the correct parts to fix my range. Phoenix AMD arranged for a credit so I could purchase a new range, in which I did. I really liked that Mel from that company made a point to follow-up on every issue I had and never got discouraged in stepping up to give the best Customer Service she could on behalf of the company. I loved the dedication of their employees in a world that really does not have a lot of great customer service. I am so happy I took the 4 year extended warranty *** * ***** ********* **** *******. I am only writing this review because of the exceptional service I received Thank You
