    *** ******** ***** Insurance broker I have **** ***** ****, it took me over a month with 20 phone calls, 7 emails and one text, for her only to respond after I contacted the insurance company *****.
    And there were previous issues, they are not a reliable broker at all.

    In 2022 after contacting them for weeks by email and phone with no response, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as an employee said a flu was going around.
    Come to this year, I tried to contact them by phone and email over 30 times (25 phone calls and 5+ emails) I did not hear back at all.
    I finally decided to email through their website ‘contact us’ form since it said I would hear back within 1-2 days and FINALLY got a response that told me to go have fun for the weekend, I’m insured, but didn’t send me a copy of the policy….

    Previously had great service and then was switched to Christina as a broker. She does not respond to emails for day or not at all. She did not cancel my insurance after I requested twice which then resulted in a cancellation of non-payment letter, which I did pay however it still has me marked as cancellation non-payment. I do not recommend this company.

    Horrible customer service. Over a week to respond to inquires. ** ******* *** * ********** I repeatedly requested that the motorcycles not be renewed. What happens, they were renewed and I am being charged for them. Christina rushes through and does not take the time to ensure things are done correctly. What happens if I am in a accident and need a rental or assistance? I am just supposed to wait until she can find the time. Again, horrible customer service.
