They use a portal to submit requests for maintenance and never follow up. It's been 2 months since I submitted a request for something that smells like it is going to catch on fire and they have not contacted me with any updates. When you call their office number you always get a call centre and all they can do is take your message down and then no one calls you back. They tell me this isn't an urgent request but waiting over 2 months for even a response or for this service to be put in a queue is ridiculous. Our lawn maintenance is included in our rent, however it is never being done and our grass and weeds are almost a foot long. We had rodents or something in the attic in the winter and when I called several times to see what was happening with this request the company told me the owners said they were going to take care of it, but that was never said to me before. And, they never came to fix the issue because I had asked to be home at the time they would enter and the owners never made contact. So unless they came into our place illegally then nothing was dealt with. The people working there and management are horrible to deal with and gaslight you into thinking you're wrong for being upset that things take so long and you're just expected to be patient or to have to keep following up to make sure your requests get done. It's exhausting and not worth the time.
